I would like to say a MASSIVE HELLO and WELCOME to our new members this month. It feels like with a blink of an eye it is all over yet again! After a week back at work it feels like it hardly even happened. If you are in retail I hope you smashed your targets. It has been a tough year & it doesn't look like 2017 is going to get much easier. No better time for us to stand united and help each other reach our goals and live the life we really want. Whatever type of business you own I seriously applaud you. Being self employed isn't easy and it has it's ups and downs but I think the benefits outweigh the negatives. I feel like I learn something new all the time and I have been a business owner since I was 25 years old. I think that is the best thing about being an entrepreneur. You have the ability to see an opportunity and make it work for you in your own way. I really believe it can only work if you do this too, trying to be like someone else or as good as them won't stand the test of time. Be the best version of yourself and keep focused on what it is you want in life & work. Being able to change and adapt is what makes you so unique. The down sides for me personally of being self employed is the loneliness, don't get me wrong my husband is fab but I think he switches off a lot of the time. Hence I had the idea to hold our 'Fortnightly Focus Groups' that are starting in a few weeks time. These will be advertised in our FB group. We will have 10 people at a time. This will allow us to really discuss and share ideas in depth. We are so lucky to have so many talented women in business, it totally wows me when I read down our member's list. Sharing this wealth of knowledge can only be beneficial for each and everyone of us. I am so excited about these as well as our popular quarterly meet ups which are always over subscribed..... We have so many fabulous workshops coming up in 2017 too including one by our Maven Life Coach Jessica Rogers not to be missed. I of course offer 121 sessions that you can read about HERE LOVE H xx
