Having cut her teeth in the lifestyle PR agency world, Jess became the Marketing Director for US furniture retailer west elm and was responsible for launching them in the UK working across all marketing platforms. After 5 years of working for an American corporate (no mean feat), Jess ventured out and started her own marketing consultancy, The Doers. As well as working with a whole host of clients from different fields (everything from pension start ups to rum brands to a bum gel (!!)), The Doers has formed a collective of over 200 freelancers from across the marketing mix. She’s passionate about digital marketing and encouraging brands and businesses to really get under the skin of their customers.
