Learn to lift with Rachael Tate

Curious about lifting weights but not sure where to start ? 


Rachael has been coaching for over ten years, helping people to live, move and eat better, with a background in Strength training and Pilates she will take us through a resistance training session that anyone can try. 


No weights, no problem, grab a couple of tins of beans and give it a try.


Lifting weights gets your endorphins going, your feel good hormones, and when they start going it builds confidence
