Perimenopause and the way I do it.
Our hormones make us who we are, the good, the bad and the ever so slightly irritated.
What I love about them is the story they tell and the best thing about a story is we can change the ending, I do it with food and lifestyle medicine.
I love a good hormone chat and I will be sharing a few tips to keep on their good side (let’s aim for a ‘happily ever after’ ending).
