Lucy spent 10 years working for big brands like Nestle, London Underground and ITV in PR and Employee Comms.  Over the next 10 years she looked after her two boys and qualified as a transformational life coach. During this period, she also built a business of 18 people with her husband, disrupting the recruitment industry with the first subscription based executive search model in the UK. Sadly they lost the business in lockdown.  Lucy is now about to launch her blog and insta page Big Talk For Mums (for Mums who hate small talk) which will champion women who have chosen courage over comfort.  She will talk about how she was conditioned to believe being vulnerable was a weakness but she passionately believes it’s the key to leading an authentic and happy life.
