Kerry will be offering you guys a full sleep workshop live next Tuesday at 8pm 

This will be for children and adults and will give you are really good understanding of sleep and how we can best achieve sleep.

I also have a little calculation to work out how efficiently you are sleeping, if you’d like to know of course. I’ll post a little diary for you to complete a few days before.
