You feel like you're constantly striving in your personal/professional life

You often feel judged by others and/or by your inner critic

You want to be more present with your children when you're with them but are often distracted

You experience feelings of guilt around Christmas time

You feel guilty when you're working and guilty when you're not 

You want to learn a mindset tool to manage Mum Guilt

You're curious to learn about the social construct of Motherhood and how it's impacting you

You want a confidential, non-judgemental and empathetic space to focus on this
